The Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis. World renown for presenting everything from Shakespeare to Broadway musicals. Recently relocated to a new facility, the Guthrie now occupies a rather unique building along the Mississippi River. One of the more fascinating parts of the architecture designed by Ateliers Jean Nouvel, is the spectacular 53-meter cantilever that swings out over the river front.
One recent evening walk along the Mississippi River allowed me to capture the back portion of The Guthrie while it was lit up.
