Blown Glass Impressions

There is something to be said about hand-blown glass and its artform.  I fell in love with blown glass years ago, I think when I saw my first Chihuly piece.  Since then I have been in awe of the colors, form, and fluidity of the shapes.

In fact, one of my first dates with my husband was to a local glass studio in Northeast Minneapolis where I was treated to watching the artists at work on a cold snowy day.  It couldn’t have been a more perfect choice to impress me.

Featured here are some of my favorite enhanced photographs of hand blown glass.  To view these and other pieces, visit my gallery show at The Frank Stone Gallery in November!
